ReplyDeleteis this just another example of a few people decide what everyone wants or at least give them the right to have input.
ReplyDeleteI felt we (on sub-groups at YNLC general meetings) were not even given any respect as to our opinion. The first few people who began in the (i.e..vacant property) committee seemed to be making all the decisions even though there were about a dozen other neighborhood leaders there to give their opinion.... I felt we or I was brushed aside and they went on and made the decisions. I imagine the same is happening in the CRC. Is this not a democracy? Where is the people's voice in all of this.
The way this committee has, and is, conducting itself, and the charter review, makes me angry.
